Every customer and reseller placing an order on the website or in person accepts the general terms and conditions of sale without restriction.

The prices in the shop are quoted in Swiss francs, net amounts, and are guaranteed.

VAT does not apply.

Payment is made via the secure WooCommerce platform and the Swiss online payment provider zahls.ch. Visa, MasterCard, Twint, Postcard or offline in cash, by Twint or bank transfer. The goods must be paid for in full before your parcel is dispatched. Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature cannot be held responsible for late delivery if the customer is late in paying the amount due.

The currency accepted is the Swiss franc (CHF).

The order is valid once payment has been confirmed. Without this confirmation, no order will be fulfilled.

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for the information requested and provided, including the delivery address for the products. Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature cannot be held responsible if an error in this information results in the order being undeliverable. If the parcel needs to be re-routed, the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason (incomplete or incorrect information, etc.), including legal reasons.
All orders will be confirmed by email from Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature. In the event of a problem preventing the order from being fulfilled, Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Aline Knoblauch Illustration nature does not deliver parcels to PO boxes and does not deliver goods to minors or persons under guardianship, unless written authorisation has been provided by their parents or guardian.

The customer accepts the above mentionned principles without reservation and may not make any claims in this regard.

All information concerning customers will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, in accordance with Swiss law.

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute shall be dealt with by the Bern-Mittelland Regional Court.

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped within a week.

Given the delicate nature of paper products, returns are not possible.

Shipping is available to all EU-countries as well as Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Moldova, Norway and Switzerland.

Pick-up may be available in Bern.

There are no custom fees for shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

International orders may be subject to duty/customs taxes and/or fees. These laws vary per country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Your package ships with the required customs form label required by the Swiss Post. This has the contents and purchase price of your items on the label.

The shipping fees include the cost of the shipping material as well as the shipping cost.

Please note: I will refund any excess postage paid at checkout, as the total will sometimes not automatically combine when several items are purchased together.

A3 prints are shipped rolled and thus will be sent separately from any other item purchased together and larger than A6. The shipping costs in this case do add.
